We were craving ribs and decided to go with a honey glaze and they could not have come out any better. The fact that they were boneless was even better, we got to enjoy it down to the very last bite. We completely freestyled this recipe so you can imagine how impressed we were with the final result, just look at how rich they look! You should definitely try this recipe out if you are craving ribs, you'll definitely enjoy it!
Ingredients
Beef short ribs
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp black pepper
Ginger
Fresh thyme
2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp honey
Half an onion
All-purpose seasoning
Oregano
1 Rodo/ 2 Birds eye chili’s
3 Spring onion
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup stock
1/2 water
Olive Oil
Soy sauce
Steps
Rub salt and pepper on ribs and take a pan and add olive oil and sear until ribs are golden
Add ginger, garlic, black pepper, thyme, paprika, all-purpose seasoning, oregano, cumin, fresh onion to the pan and let it cook for about 2-3 mins
Transfer ribs from the pan to a deep oven tray
When ribs have been transferred, add water, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, spring onions, rodo, stock. Cover the tray with foil in order for it to cook

Cook on 150 degrees for 45 mins. After 45 mins, remove foil, mix the ribs and cook for another 15-20 mins on 180 degrees (ideally 15 so they do not burn) urn)
Transfer ribs back to a pan, add honey for the glaze and voila
