We were craving pasta and wanted something quick and easy to make. We landed here and we satisfied our pasta craving. This recipe is very simple but yet so rich in flavors and also relatively healthy as we paired it with steamed tender stem broccoli. We hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
Mascarpone Cheese
1 shallot
2 garlic cloves
2 Chilies
King Prawns
Mozzarella Cheese
Black Pepper
Italian herb seasoning
Paprika
Ground Black Pepper
Ground White Pepper
Steps:
Butterfly your prawns and put aside.
Put your shallots and garlic in the pan and fry till slightly brown.
Put in your prawns then add in the paprika, mixed herbs, white pepper and black pepper
When the onions have caramelized and the prawns have absorbed the seasoning, add the tomato sauce and bit of water so it’s not too thick (wait till it cooks through) - so about 10/15 minutes. Then add mascarpone and mix, wait another 5-10 minutes or so
Add spaghetti or pasta of your choice
Add cheese if desired but you don’t have to as the sauce is quite rich.
