Back again with another variation of wings!! You guys already know we love wings by now and are always looking for new recipes. This recipe came about because we realised we had mangoes in the fridge that we hadn't eaten, it was very impromptu but it came out so so good. We'll definitely be making these again, we hope you guys try it out and love it as much as we did!xx
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings
1 mango, chopped
2 Chilli peppers or 1 scotch bonnet
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 lime or 4 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
Steps:
In a bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, chilli and garlic pourer and coat the chicken wings in this until each piece is nicely covered
Blend, mango, chilli, garlic, honey, vinegar, lime and paprika. Blend until smooth
Bake wings in the oven for 45 mins, remember to keep flipping them to they are nice and crispy
Get a pan, add in blended mixture and let it simmer until its a nice consistency.
Add wings into pan and coat each piece. Voila
