Ingredients:
1 pack jumbo prawns
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Black pepper
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Cajun Spice
2 tbsp Olive oil
3 tomatoes
Half a lemon
4 garlic cloves
chilli flakes
Spinach
Spring onions
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Steps:
Prawns:
Butterfly your prawns
Add in Paprika, Black pepper, salt , Cajun Spice and Olive oil. Set aside to put into the oven for later
Grill in the oven for 7-10mins on 175 degrees celsius
Chop up tomatoes and roast in the oven for 10 mins so its nice and smokey 175 degrees celsius
Pasta:
Melt butter in a pan, add garlic let it cook for a couple mins (don’t let it turn too brown). following this, add cajun spice, tomatoes and cream.
Let the sauce cook down for about 10 min till you get a nice consistency. After this, you can add in your spring onions, salt, chili flakes (i made it spicy to balance out the creamy taste)
Add your pasta in (I cooked my pasta sepaarlety and kept the pasta water) & prawns
Sprinkle some parsley on it and viola xx
