Ingredients
oil (any oil you’d like to use)
tin tomato
2 or 3 atarodo or chilli
about a bowl full of potatoes
3 medium sized carrots
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
half an onion
1 tbsp All purpose seasoning
black pepper
3 bay leaves
pinch salt
2 Spring onions
2 Knorr cubes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp thyme
Steps
Sauté the onions, garlic and ginger paste, spring onions and atarodo till it’s brown then remove from fire and blend into a paste with about a table spoon of tomato.
start browning the meat while your blending the paste
after this put the paste back into pot and add the seasoning then add in the rest of the tomato till it cooks through for about 5 minutes.
once the meat and the paste have cooked for about another few minutes add in about 2 cups of water with the potatoes and cook for about half an hour.
you might find that you need to add some more all purpose seasoning once you add the water as it might have been a bit diluted so you add that in this step.
once the potatoes have gotten softer you can add in the carrots and cook for about 15 minutes.
if you find the consistency is a bit watery you can add some cornflour (about a table spoon mixed with water) and let cook for about 3 minutes and it should be done by then.
