Who doesn't love a burger! Burgers are always a good idea and this recipe is so yummy and very easy to follow, we're sure you'll love it if you give it a go.
Ingredients
500g Beef mince
1tbsp Garlic powder
1tbsp paprika
Fresh finely chopped Parsley
1tbsp All purpose seasoning
1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1tsp Black pepper
1tsp Sea Salt
Lettuce
Sauce for the meat
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp bbq sauce
1tsp sweet chilli
Onion relish
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
1tsp Soy sauce
1 and a half Red onion
1tbsp Brown sugar
Mayo sauce
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sweet chilli
Steps
Put meat in a bowl, add : garlic powder, paprika, parsley, black pepper, salt, all purpose seasoning
Mix together with hands until all the spices are nicely incorporated. Following this, break the egg into mixture and mix well until not slimy. Then place cling film over to and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours (or 24 hours)
Take the meat out if the fridge, roll meat into medium sizes balls and flatten.
Once you have flatten the meat, put a pan with olive oil or peanut oil and fry meat until both sides are brown. Line an oven tray with aluminium foil and put meat on the tray and put oven on 175 degrees Celsius. Set the timer for about 10 minutes but make sure to check them within that time as well
Mix the sauce the sauce for the buns and the meat in separate bowls
Get another pan to make the onion relish. Put butter and olive oil and fry the onions on low heat till they turn translucent. following this, you add salt, brown sugar, balsamic vinegars and soy sauce. reduce the heat so it doesn’t burn.
You assemble your burger the way you want and finito.
